3. Supervision Services
Ignis Path supervision is a professional mentoring program and does not guarantee BCBA certification or employment. Participation requires mutual agreement and may be discontinued at our discretion for non-compliance with program expectations.
4. CEUs & Digital Products
CEUs are non-refundable once purchased. Course access is limited to the original purchaser. Sharing login details or certificate links is prohibited.
5. Refund Policy
All digital products—including CEUs and curriculum tools—are final sale. No refunds will be issued unless otherwise noted in writing.
6. Payment Terms
By purchasing any service or product, you authorize us (and our third-party payment processor) to charge your payment method. For recurring supervision, billing occurs monthly and may be canceled with 30 days' notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
We do not guarantee outcomes from the use of our products or services. You agree to hold us harmless for any decisions made based on our materials or consultation.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
