Behavior science without borders. Supervision that sparks change.
I’m Nicole Parks, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over 20 years of experience in clinical and residential settings. I’ve led teams, opened clinics, developed training systems, and helped organizations build ethical, sustainable practices from the ground up.
I founded Rooted Consultation to expand what behavior science can be. Through supervision, CEUs, and consulting, I support behavior analysts who want to think critically, lead boldly, and do work that matters.
I’m also a wife, a mom, a coffee lover, and a proud millennial who thrives on music, deep conversations, and well-timed sarcasm. I believe in growing alongside the people I teach. I’ve had the same best friends for over 20 years because I show up, commit fully, and evolve out loud. I care deeply about this work, about the people in it, and about building a field we can be proud of.
A look at the services, systems, and science I bring to the table.
I design supervision that teaches people to think, not just pass. My 1:1 fieldwork model helps future BCBAs become confident, creative, and competent practitioners.
From onboarding systems to supervision workbooks and RBT training, I create content that actually sticks with clarity, heart, and purpose.
I specialize in applying behavior science to real-world issues like mental health, substance use, intimate partner violence, and offender rehabilitation.
I lead trainings and keynotes that are research-backed, real-world, and always rooted in behavior science.
I help ABA startups and teams build scalable systems, refine their training processes, and make values-driven decisions that last.
You’ve Got Questions. I’ve Got Context.
Nope. I support behavior scientists in clinical, forensic, and organizational roles.
Ignis Path is a structured, 1:1 fieldwork program rooted in real-world skills, not just task list checkboxes. You'll get competency-based support, layered learning, and meaningful feedback.
Absolutely. Whether you’re building something from scratch or need a system audit, I can help you move from “where do I start?” to “here’s the next step.”
The Undercurrent offers CEUs on timely, underrepresented, or just-plain-important topics in behavior science like coercion, court involvement, and practical ethics. Two new courses drop every month.
That’s okay. I work with people at every stage of their journey. If you’re feeling pulled toward something bigger or different, that’s usually a sign it’s time to explore.
