You’re just beginning your supervision journey. This is where you build your confidence, get grounded in the field, and learn how to ask strong questions. We’ll focus on shaping your identity as a behavior scientist—one decision, one skill, one spark at a time.
You’re gaining traction and starting to connect the dots. You’ve got some tools under your belt, and now we’re refining your process and teaching you to think critically about client needs, systems, and ethical decisions in real time.
You’re becoming the analyst. At this stage, you’re applying concepts independently, starting to lead meetings, and thinking proactively. We’ll support you in strengthening your voice, navigating challenges, and balancing compassion with competence.
You’re ready to rise. In this final stage, you’ll complete a mock interview, finalize your portfolio, and demonstrate mastery of both hard and soft skills. This is your launch point—from supervisee to independent, impactful analysts.
These prices begin 11/1/25
Up to 80 hrs: $375/mo (4x 1-hr meetings + 60-min client obs)
Up to 160 hrs: $500/mo (8 x 1-hr meetings + 60-min client obs)
Up to 80 hrs: $675/mo (6x 1-hr meetings + 90-min client obs)
Up to 130 hrs: $1100/mo (12x 1-hr meetings + 90-min client obs)

Ignis Path is built on real-world application, not checkbox supervision. We go beyond basic task list review to help you become a confident, flexible, and ethical behavior analyst—ready for any subspecialty or setting.
Ignis Path is primarily a one-on-one supervision program, offering personalized, focused mentorship each week. However, we also offer optional group sessions throughout the program. These may include guest speakers, specialized topic discussions, and opportunities to connect with other supervisees on similar paths.

The program is organized into four stages—Spark, Kindle, Blaze, and Phoenix. Each reflects where you are in your development, not just what we’re teaching. You’ll progress at your own pace and be supported every step of the way.

The curriculum is only available to active supervisees in the Ignis Path program. That’s intentional. The strength of this experience lies not just in the materials, but in the context, guidance, and mentorship that bring it to life. Our supervisors are carefully selected for their values, clinical integrity, and commitment to shaping well-rounded analysts. We’ve chosen not to sell the curriculum as a standalone product to ensure the quality, nuance, and depth of the experience remain intact.
